What does your shipping process look like?

As of now, we do not ship outside the United States.

We utilize UPS, FedEx, Speedee, and common LTL carriers

Orders ship within 24 hours if stocked, we will communicate any updates with you as soon as possible.

    Do you accept returns?

    Yes you can return items in the event they arrive damaged or don't work out. We ask you return the items in good condition whenever possible.

    However, depending on the intent of your return, you may be asked to cover the return shipping charges.

      Which towels do I choose for my application?

      There are a wide variety of towels for every application, we suggest reviewing our page discussing how to choose the right material. If you need additional assistance, contact our sales team and we will work through your application and make a suggestion.

      Do you send product samples?

      We do offer samples free of charge, shipping charges may apply.

         What if I don't need a full case of a specific towel? Do you sell smaller quantities?

        In order to keep prices as low as possible, we sometimes have to offer larger case quantities. We can however break down a case sometimes. Contact our sales team and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
