If your new purchase doesn't work out...
DiscountShopTowels.com understands that sometimes you may need to return products that have been purchased at our store. Returns
We will accept return of products that have not been over 1/2 used. DiscountShopTowels.com also understands that each customers use of the products differs and will do our best to find you a replacement product that meets your specific needs if you find you have purchased the wrong product.  All returns will be given a 100% credit toward the purchase of another product or full refund within 3-business days if a replacement is not available.  These products must be returned no later than 30-days after your receive date.  Please inspect all product on arrival for damage.  If there is a problem, please notify us immediately so that we may remedy the situation as soon as possible.   
 
How Do I Do It?
If you need to return or exchange your purchase please contact us at sales@discountshoptowels.com for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.
Please make sure that you include your order number and include a statement as to why you are requesting a return.  On exchanges, DiscountShopTowels.com reserves the right to charge additional shipping to your card.
